[LP] Lex Lex Luthor The Hero (A Random Act Of Violence)
A Random Act Of Violence, Release on February 28 2009 !
After a very-exhausting-6-month, we finally finished our
first LP : “a random act of violence” in February 28 2009 under the
label of Hellavilla records.
Being recorded by Wisnujahat in Avila studio Jogja-Indonesia at the end of
August 2008 – October 2008, this LP consists of seven songs, a short
instrumental, and a cover track from a US band who were very popular in late
80’s – mid 90’s.
With all do respect to our elder generations, we invited two seniors of the
Jogja independent music world to be our guests musicians. Wisnujahat (
guitar/vocal from the Indonesian Alternative Rock Band “Peach 6012” ) filled up
some space on Killers Never Hurt Feelings with his solo guitar. He’s also the
backing vocal on the cover track. Another senior was Didiet ( vocalist of Death
Metal-Jazz-Experiment Band “Cranial Incisored” ). Didiet donated his thrilling roar
on Bunuh Teman Bermuka Dua.
The front cover was designed by Gandhi,also known as Rase4, a writer/bomber who
also had donated his masterpiece on our first tees. The Artwork director and
photography was handled by our old-buddy Kentung with many ideas from us which
he transferred to visual form.
Our official logo was designed by Yakub , our ex-bassist.
